Immersive Experience Description
Research has revealed that mentoring is an effective way to help people become more effective and successful in their field of work. Principles of effective mentoring have also been identified. This course is intended for field ministers interested in mentoring ministerial students, peers, spiritual leaders, or in other mentoring relationships. We will explore basic principles of mentoring and the different opportunities for mentoring within the Unity movement. We will also give consideration to Unity’s ministerial standards and how mentoring can help students grow in those areas. Special emphasis is placed on ways to help mentees develop their knowledge and skills related to ministry operations and their emotional and spiritual intelligence.
