Course Description
This course provides a clear foundation for understanding teen spiritual development, modern teen challenges, and the structure of a strong teen ministry that functions as one piece of a larger movement. Participants will learn how to cultivate spiritual and practical leadership skills in teens while creating a supportive community that empowers them to express authentic spirituality. This course will also cover tools for transitioning youth into and out of teen ministry programs.

Course Learning Objectives
By the end of this course learners will be able to:
- Define the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of teenagers.
- Understand the overarching structure of teen ministry programs and the components of weekly meetings.
- Design safe, spiritually empowering spaces for teens to explore belonging, meaning, and leadership.
- Develop effective strategies for bridging youth into and out of teen ministry programs.
