Immersive Experience Description
This immersive experience explores Competency-Based Education, emphasizing measurable results and practical skills, using a framework that combines David Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory and The Living Curriculum's co-creation approach. Participants will gain insights into how individuals acquire knowledge and develop skills through real-world application, honoring the inherent wholeness and wisdom within each learner. By focusing on real-world issues, this approach connects theoretical concepts to practical experiences. It integrates Brain-Based Learning, Multiple Intelligences research, and storytelling/creative expression to 'draw out' inner understanding. This process encourages participants to explore spiritual principles and relevant themes, making learning a multi-sensory and deeply personal journey.
