Immersive Experience Description

This immersive experience expands on the foundation of self-awareness to support the intentional cultivation of self-care practices. Learners will explore self-compassion, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, rest and restoration, and purpose-aligned living. Through experiential learning, journaling, and community dialogue, learners will develop a personalized, spiritually grounded self-care plan that supports sustainable well-being in all areas of life.

Competencies

By the end of the experience, learners will be able to:

  • Define and practice personalized self-care strategies rooted in spiritual and emotional awareness.
  • Identify and release patterns of over-functioning, guilt, and perfectionism that sabotage self-care.
  • Develop a sustainable and meaningful self-care plan that aligns with core values and supports long-term well-being.
