Immersive Experience Description
This course provides practical tools and strategies for enhancing emotional intelligence, strengthening resilience, and embracing self-care. Participants will examine the link between emotions and behavior, develop healthy approaches to managing worries and fears, and cultivate a sense of presence and balance in the face of life’s challenges. Additionally, we will explore the influence of past patterns, learn to identify and transform them, and discuss the vital role of self-care in supporting overall well-being.
Competencies
By the end of the experience, learners will be able to:
- Provide specific examples of recent experiences where they identified their feelings and the subsequent actions taken as a result of those feelings.
- Describe their personal process for releasing worries, doubts, and fears in a healthy and constructive manner when triggered.
- Demonstrate skills necessary to remain present and centered when navigating stress, grief, and change, both within themselves and when supporting others.
- Recognize and self-correct old patterns of unhealthy choices, thoughts, and words.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of self-care, including ethical considerations. Identify potential self-care deficiencies and implement preventive measures.
