Immersive Experience Description
Just as the layers of your own life shape who you are today, the evolution of the
Unity movement is etched in its historical roots. This immersive course invites you
to embark on an exploration of Unity's origins, tracing its vibrant threads through
the rich tapestry of Transcendentalism, Christian Science, and New Thought and to encounter the visionary leaders who shaped these movements, gaining insight
into their groundbreaking ideas and philosophies.
This course is not just about learning history; it's about experiencing it. Prepare
to be inspired, enlightened, and transformed as you uncover the rich tapestry of
Unity's spiritual lineage and discover your own place within its evolving story.
Competencies
By the end of the immersive experience, learners will be able to:
· Recognize and articulate the contributions of key figures within the New
Thought movement.
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the key events and individuals in
the history of the Unity movement.
· Articulate why the knowledge of Unity and New Thought history is valuable,
and the impact it has on our lives today
· Identify and explain the roles and functions of Unity World Headquarters and Unity Worldwide Ministries
